    Training

    Product Invention & Innovation Academy (PIIA) is a youth and adult training that empowers them to create new products, and monetize them in the global marketplace. PIIA features keys to the successful design and development of products through methodologies supported by a structured process. 


    Workforce Development 

    Employment readiness, training, and fairs are developed and implemented for social services agency clients. A client Parallel Summary document was created to directly link clients’ specific resume experience to employers’ specific job requirements in job descriptions.


    Client Employment Portfolios are originated for clients, and include resumes, cover letters, reference contact documents, parallel summaries, salary histories and requirements, certificates and degrees, mock interview questions/answers, and pre-completed employment applications to reference during employer application completions. Conduct orientation, intake, assessment, resume reviews/revisions, and mock interview sessions. Assess and qualify clients for IL state on-the-job training and workforce training programs.

  • IT Database Administration (DBA) Consulting

    Mainframe DBA - DB2 / IMS 

    • Support mainframe applications for client organizations. 
    • Perform backup/recovery, utility execution, migrations, performance tuning, refreshes, installations, disaster recovery, physical design (primary), DDL and DML creation/execution, and logical design (secondary). 
    • Create entity relationship diagrams and perform reverse engineering. 
    • Conduct sizing, security, stress testing, troubleshooting, and job scheduling functions. 
    • Provide 24/7 onsite and remote support for production and test systems.
